Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Cover potatoes with water and cook until tender.
  2. Mash with butter.
  3. Add salt, garlic powder, egg, and flour, mix well.
  4. Toss onto a well floured surface.
  5. Make into small balls, about 1-1/2 inch.
  6. Heat oil to 375*.
  7. Drop potato balls into hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. May do this in batches; keep warm in oven.
