Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 -2 egg
  • 1 -2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry.
  4. Pour batter into a large loaf pan, greased.
  5. Baked for 20-25 minutes.
