Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups buttermilk
1 -2 egg
1 -2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425°F.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry.
4. Pour batter into a large loaf pan, greased.
5. Baked for 20-25 minutes.
