(Cooking Light) Mom's Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 2/3 cups banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine sugar and butter, add wets.
  3. Combine dries.
  4. Mix all, pour into greased pan ( 4 mini loaves or one large loaf)
  5. Bake 45-70 minutes
