Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix oats, coconut, pecans, honey and orange juice in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  2. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Stir chopped cookies into oat mixture.
  6. Store in airtight container.
  7. Serve as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, or pudding.
