Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup butter or 2/3 cup margarine
  • 1 (16 oz) box light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 (6 oz) package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan.
  2. Stir in sugar; cool 10 minutes.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well (do not use a mixer).
  4. Stir in flour.
  5. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  6. Spread in a 15 x 10 pan.
  7. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
  8. Cool and cut into squares.
