Ingredients:

  • 1/4 liter couscous
  • 1/4 liter chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Slice tomato and cucumber into small dices.
  2. Finely cut onion.
  3. Let the oninon stir in olive oil for a while.
  4. Add water/broth and bring to boil.
  5. Add couscous and let all the water be absorbed.
  6. Add margarine and stir.
