Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Saute collards and chopped onion until tender - 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and brown slightly.
  4. Slowly add milk while stirring until your preferred consistency is reached. Make it a little thinner.
  5. Stir in the bullion paste, garlic powder, and smoke flavoring.
  6. Whip an egg well with a fork and mix it with 1/4 cup milk.
  7. While stirring the bubbling gravy, slowly add the egg mixture.
  8. Continue to cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve over mashed potatoes.
