Turkey Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup onion , slivered
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Saute cutlets in butter, salt and pepper to season. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  2. Saute mushrooms and onions in pan drippings. Add flour and milk, heat until thickened.
  3. Add parmesan and return turkey to sauce. Simmer until heated through.
