  1. In large bowl combine cabbage and carrot. Set aside. In small bowl combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well. Stir in vinegar, a dash of sugar, salt, and pepper and celery seed. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat. Chill and serve.
