Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups green cabbage
  • 2 1/2 cups red cabbage
  • 2 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 6 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Shred the cabbage into a large bowl.
  2. In separate bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the vinegars, dijon mustard, sugar, celery seed, caraway seed, and pepper. mix well.
  3. Pour over cabbage and mix well. serve chilled.
