Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) bag shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Put cole slaw mix into bowl.
  2. Mix together the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper.
  3. Pour over cole slaw mix.
  4. Toast almonds on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
  5. Put almonds and craisins into slaw mix and toss.
