Cold Sesame Noodles (Liang Mian)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta til al dente.
  2. Toss with 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil.
  3. Chill at least one hour.
  4. In a jar mix peanut butter, stock, soy sauce, remaining sesame oil, sugar pepper, worcestershire sauce and shake until blended.
  5. Mix sauce over pasta.
  6. Top with nuts, seeds and onions.
