Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, pineapple, agave syrup and vanilla to a boil. Reduce heat and boil gently until liquid is reduce by 1/4, 10-12 minutes.
  2. Add cilantro and transfer to a blender.
  3. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled.
