Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brush tortillas lightly with butter.
  2. Place tortillas overlapping slightly in a round pie plate.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Brown meat, drain well.
  5. Add seasoning and water.
  6. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, sprinkle lettuce over tortillas.
  8. Combine beef, beans, tomatoes, onions, and olives.
  9. Spoon over lettuce.
  10. Heat milk in pan until it bubbles around the edges.
  11. Reduce heat to low.
  12. Stir in cheese until melted.
  13. Add peppers if desired.
  14. Pour over ground meat.
  15. Carefully lift out tortillas and toppings.
  16. Serve immediately.
