Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season cod with salt & pepper
  2. Sate garlic & onion, about 5-7 minutes
  3. Add tomato paste and stir
  4. Add chicken broth, sliced fennel, sliced potato, salt & pepper, cover, simmer until vegetables are tender (about 10 minutes). Set cod filets on top of vegetables, cover, simmer for 8 minutes.
