Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
  2. Combine the butter, salt, powdered sugar and 2 cups of the flour in a bowl, mixing to make a soft dough........
  3. Press evenly into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.........
  5. Combine eggs, lime peel, lime juice, sugar and the remaining 1/4 cup of the flour in a bowl. blend until smooth........
  6. Spoon over the crust
  7. Sprinkle the coconut over the lime mixture..
  8. Reduce the oven temperature...to 325 degrees f.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until firm
  10. Cool
  11. And cut into bars
  12. Yields 3 dozen
