Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites , beaten stiff
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff; add salt.
  3. Add 1 cup sugar slowly.
  4. Fold in 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes.
  5. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, fold until well mixed.
  6. Drop teaspoon size on greased sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
