Directions:

  1. Whisk together the sugar, butter and flour.
  2. Add the eggs and both flavorings.
  3. Add the milk and continue to whisk.
  4. Encorporate the coconut and pour into the pie shells.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. The top should be golden brown.
