Coconut Custard Blender Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients together.
  2. Pour into 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle top with the 1/2 cup of coconut.
  4. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
