Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • .1 stick butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tbsp, cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Pour into unbaked pie crust shell bake 1 hour 350 degrees
  3. Note: can prebake shell 5-6 minutes at 400 degrees to seal bottom and seal edges with tinfoil to prevent edges from over browning
