Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk vinegar, shallots, mustard and salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk in oil until combined well.
  3. Place salad greens in a large bowl.
  4. Add 1/2 of the dressing to coat.
  5. Divide among 4 salad plates.
  6. Arrange equal portions of turkey, egg, bacon, tomato, cucumber, avocado and blue cheese onto each salad.
  7. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
