Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine flour and cornmeal in a bowl.
  3. In a large bowl add the egg, oil and broth and mix.
  4. Add the flour mixture about 1/3 at a time and mix well between additions.
  5. Add chopped chicken livers until well incorporated into a stiff dough.
  6. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for about 1 minute.
  7. Roll out to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  8. Cut into shapes using a cookie cutter dipped in flour.
  9. Place on greased cookie sheets.
  10. Bake treats for about 15 minutes or until firm.
