Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour , sifted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, salt and egg; blend until crumbly.
  2. Pour into boiling broth and cook ten minutes.
  3. The rivels will look like boiled rice when cooked.
