Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake the fish fillets according to the package directions
  2. Divide the avocado among the 4 tortillas, spreading it on 1/3 of the tortilla
  3. Cut the fillets into 3 lengthwise strips and place on the avocado.
  4. Divide the shredded iceberg and slivered peppers among the four
  5. Fold up from the bottom, fold in the sides, and roll up.
  6. Cut in half diagonally to serve.
  7. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side
