Uses baked frozen fish fillets (I use Van De Kamp's Crisp & Healthy, Breaded Fish Fillets) wrapped up with avocado and salad in a zesty, 10 tortilla wrap(The recipe uses Tumaro's 10 salsa, low carb, but any flavored tortilla will work)
Ingredients:
4 fish fillets
1/2 cup avocado, mashed
1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup pepper, red sweet, slivered
4 salsa flavor 10 tortilla wrap
Directions:
1. Bake the fish fillets according to the package directions
2. divide the avocado among the 4 tortillas, spreading it on 1/3 of the tortilla
3. cut the fillets into 3 lengthwise strips and place on the avocado.
4. divide the shredded iceberg and slivered peppers among the four
5. fold up from the bottom, fold in the sides, and roll up.
6. Cut in half diagonally to serve.
7. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side
