Claire's Egg Custard - Low Fat, Low Sugar

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 1/4 cup sugar, brown
  • 1/4 tsp salt, table

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Beat all the ingredients together
  3. Pour into 6 custard cups which have been sprayed with non stick cooking spray
  4. Set the cups in a deep roasting pan and place in the oven
  5. Pour boiling water into the roasting pan to come 1/2 way up the sides of the cups
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a sharp knife inserted into the center of one cup comes out clean
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and allow too cool
  8. Remove the cups from the cooled water, cover tightly and refrigerate
  9. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
