Duncan's Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 unbaked pie shell, of your choice (i use the store-bought ones because they're so easy.)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat everything - except the crust :-) - together in a big bowl with a wire whisk.
  2. Pour that into the pie crust and bake at 350 until the custard is set.
