Cinnamon Sugar Coated Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 lb pecans

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites, water and vanilla until frothy.
  2. Combine sugar, salt, and cinnamon in large gallon baggie.
  3. Coat pecans in egg white mixture, then place in baggie to coat with sugar mixture.
  4. Spread pecans on greased cookie sheet (Buttery flavored Pam works well). Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour stiring every 15 minutes.
