Yummy healthy cold morning treat!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick oats
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Microwave oats and milk for 2 minutes or until mixture is cooked to desired consistency.
2. Add honey cinnamon and salt.
3. Stir and enjoy!
