Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup powered sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Directions:
  2. Flatten bread with a rolling pin.
  3. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, and powdered sugar.
  4. Combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  5. Spread 1 T cheese mixture on each slice bread.
  6. Roll up.
  7. Dip in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar.
  8. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until golden.
