Cinnamon Bran and Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix bran cereal and hot water.
  2. Cover and set aside.
  3. Cream shortening, white sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs.
  5. In a seperate bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Add to mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  7. By hand mix in rolled oats and raisins, and bran cereal until well combined.
  8. Drop by Tablespoonful onto ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Bake 375F for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
