Cinderella's Royal Table Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Dice and cook the potatoes. Dice onions.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter; add diced onion and saute.
  4. Add bacon and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add flour and stir to make a paste; cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add 3 cups milk. Stir until lumps are gone.
  7. Cook mixture 10 minutes and continue stirring.
  8. Add potatoes, cheese, garlic salt, white pepper and salt.
  9. Mix until cheese is melted.
  10. Put mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until hot and top is lightly browned.
