Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup. onion
  • 1tsp. papeka
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamin (2tsp.) option
  • 1/4 tsp. oragano , rosemary and marjor
  • 10-12 bay leaves
  • 12 cloves
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 3 lbs. ground beef

Directions:

  1. Brown meat with onion
  2. Put in blender to make smooth
  3. Return to pot
  4. Add rest of ingred.
  5. Cook 3 hours
  6. Remove cloves and bay leaves
  7. Serve over spaghetti
  8. Sprinkle with chedder cheese
  9. Onion
