Cilantro Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 whole jalapeno (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (or more , to taste)
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Add jalapeños and cilantro to a blender or food processor and blend. Remove to a bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Adjust salt.
  3. Serve as a salad dressing or veggie dip.
