Cider-glazed Brussels Sprouts With Bacon & Alm...

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings from skillet.
  2. Add butter, onions and Brussels sprouts to drippings in skillet; cook and stir on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min. or until Brussels sprouts are lightly browned.
  3. Mix next 5 ingredients; pour over sprouts. Cook 5 min. or until liquid is evaporated and sprouts are evenly glazed, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon.
  4. Spoon sprouts into bowl. Top with nuts.
