Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1/2 oz bacon
  • 1 tsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Toast English muffin
  2. Poach 2 eggs
  3. Melt velveeta in the microwave
  4. Fry one strip of bacon.
  5. Put each half of muffin on 2 plats
  6. Place half of the strip of bacon on each muffin
  7. Place 1 egg on each muffin
  8. Drissle with half of the cheese sause
  9. Enjoy a low calary breakfast.
