1 tsp margarine
Directions:
1. Toast English muffin
2. Poach 2 eggs
3. melt velveeta in the microwave
4. fry one strip of bacon.
5. put each half of muffin on 2 plats
6. place half of the strip of bacon on each muffin
7. Place 1 egg on each muffin
8. Drissle with half of the cheese sause
9. Enjoy a low calary breakfast.
