Chorizo Queso Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1- 10oz. roll bulk pork chorizo sausage, cooked and drained well
  • 1- 10 oz. can rotel, drained
  • 1- 8 oz. block cream cheese, cubed
  • 1- 8 oz. block processed cheese (such as velveeta), cubed

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a 1.5 or 2 quart slow cooker.
  2. Stir a little to mix (don't worry if you can't mix it well, as it melts it'll combine better).
  3. Cook on low approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until all is melted and completely combined.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips.
  5. NOTE: This also reheats well.
