Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl,stir together flour,oat bran,brown sugar,baking powder,cinnamon,baking soda,and allspice.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl,combine bananas,milk,egg subsitute,oil,and the vanilla.
  3. Add all at once to the flour mixture.
  4. Stir until moistened.
  5. Spray the muffin pans with cooking spray.
  6. Put the batter into muffin cups.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
  8. You may also add nuts,raisins ,shredded carrots,etc..
