Ingredients:

  1. Beat eggs until they become a lemon color. Beat in sugar and salad oil. Melt chocolate over warm temperature and stir into egg mixture along with vanilla and grated zucchini. Sift flour with salt, cinnamon, baking powder and soda. Stir into zucchini mixture with coarsely chopped almonds. Mix well. Bake in 2 well greased 9x5 inch loaf pans or a bundt pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 min or until done. Cool in pans 15-20 minutes. Turn out onto rack. Cool thoroughly before serving. Frost with cream cheese mixed with grated orange rind (this is a to taste frosting mixture).
