Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. In a small bowl beat eggs, milk and butter then add to flour mixture then stir in chocolate.
  3. Allow to stand 5 minutes then pour by spoonfuls onto hot lightly greased griddle.
  4. Cook until bubbles break on top then turn and cook until underside is golden.
