Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda.
  3. Add mayonnaise, hot water, vanilla and nuts.
  4. Pour into prepared bundt pan.
  5. Bake approx 50 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
