Ingredients:

  • 1/2- lb (250 g) packet golden oatmeal biscuits, crushed ( look in cookie section)
  • 3 1/2- - oz ( 100 g ) butter melted
  • 16 oz ( 500 g ) cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2- cups caster sugar
  • 1/4-- cup flour
  • 1 1/2-- tbsp vanilla extract
  • 5- eggs
  • 3 1/2- oz ( 100 g ) milk chocolate melted
  • 4- tbsp cocoa
  • 1 1/2- - cups doubled cream ..whipped

Directions:

  1. Mix together biscuit crumbs and butter until combined, press mixture over base and sides of a spring form pan 8 3/4 inch and chill
  2. To make filling
  3. Blend or process cream cheese with caster sugar, flour, vanilla, and eggs until smooth
  4. Divide mixture into 2 bowls, quickly mixing the melted chocolate and cocoa into one of the bowls
  5. Pour the plain mixture onto the biscuit crust
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the plain batter and gently swirl mixture together with a spatula to create a marble pattern
  7. Bake cheesecake in a moderate oven 400 degrees f. for 1 1/4 hour
  8. Set aside to cool to room temp
  9. Chill cheesecake and decorate with a dollop of whipped cream on top prior to serving .
  10. Note from Tink ;….I made a raspberry sauce for mine and it was delicious ………….you could also try a lemon curd it would be great too………my friend tried it and said it was delicious with it
