Directions:

  1. Mix yogurt and juice concentrate.
  2. Spoon 2 tablespoons yogurt onto four dessert plates then arrange sliced kiwifruit on each plate.
  3. Heat chocolate chips and shortening over low heat stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.
  4. Drizzle chocolate over kiwifruit then serve immediately.
