Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except vanilla.
  2. Bring to full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat, add vanilla and beat until creamy.
