Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. sugar
  • 1/3 cup. cocoa
  • 3 sticks margarine or butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup. flour
  • 1 1/3 cup. coconut (1 can)
  • 1 1/2 cup. pecans

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar, butter and cocoa.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add flour, mix them, add coconut, pecans.
  5. Bake in 9 x 15 (30 minutes or 9 x 13 (40) minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. When done spread marshmallow cream on hot cake.

  8. Cool then frost with:
  9. 1 box powdered sugar
  10. 1 tsp. vanilla
  11. 1/3 c. cocoa
  12. 1 stick butter (oleo) soft
  13. 1/2 c. canned milk
  14. Mix and spread on cooled cake.
