Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine pudding mixes, butter, milk.
  2. Cook, stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Cook, stir 1-2 minutes longer until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, peanut butter.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. Shape 1/2 cupfuls into egg shapes.
  7. Place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet; refrigerate until set.
  8. In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips, shortening; stir until smooth.
  9. Dip eggs in chocolate; allow excess to drip off.
  10. Return eggs to waxed paper to set.
  11. Decorate with icings, candies as desired.
  12. Store in an airtight container.
