Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the flour and the baking soda.
  3. In a medium bowl, cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
  4. Beat in the eggs and the vanilla extract.
  5. Beat in the flour mixture, but be careful, don’t overmix it.
  6. Stir in the coconut, white chocolate and macadamias.
  7. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. I like to line the cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  10. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
