Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup light brown sugar , packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar in medium sized bowl.
  2. In separate bowl beat egg, milk, and butter. Add all at once to flour mixture; beat to mix well.
  3. Spoon into 12 greased 2 1/2 muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 20 minutes or until browned.
